Naspers將減持2%騰訊股份
Naspers, the South African media company that is one of the biggest shareholders in Tencent, said that it would sell down part of its stake in the Chinese technology giant for the first time in almost two decades.
騰訊(Tencent)大股東之一、南非媒體公司Naspers表示，它將在近20年來首次出售其在這家中國科技巨頭持有的部分股份。In a statement on Thursday, Naspers said that it would sell stock worth more than $10bn, equivalent to 2 per cent of the shares in Asia’s biggest company by market capitalisation, to fund investments elsewhere.
Naspers在週四的一份聲明中稱，該公司將出售價值逾100億美元的騰訊股票——相當於這家亞洲市值最高公司2%的股份——以便在其他地方投資。The transaction would reduce Naspers’ stake in Tencent, the world’s biggest gaming company and the owner of China’s WeChat and QQ social networks, from 33 per cent to 31 per cent.
這筆交易將使Naspers在騰訊的持股比例從33%降至31%。騰訊是全球最大的遊戲公司，也是中國社交網絡微信(WeChat)和QQ的所有者。
Naspers added that it did not plan to sell any more of its Tencent shares for at least the next three years.

Naspers’ sale comes a day after Tencent flagged its intention to ramp up acquisitions and investments, pushing its share price down as investors fretted about the toll this would take on margins.
