Gtalk羣功能開發團隊解釋近期羣功能不穩定原因
Partychat is currenly built on Google AppEngine. Changes to the AppEngine pricing model has made it too expensive for us to continue using AppEngine. We are migrating to Amazon‘s Elastic Cloud Computing.
Partychat（Gtalk羣功能開發團隊）當前是使用谷歌的AppEngine作爲開發運行平臺的。但是近期AppEngine的收費模式發生了變化，改變後的收費對於我們的團隊過於昂貴。所以我們決定將運營平臺轉移到亞馬遜的Elastic雲平臺。
All of your room state will be preserved in the migration, but you will now interact with your room via instead of the old [email protected].
在這個轉移過程中，大家的所有小組都會被保留，但是現在大家只能通過[email protected]這個地址而不是以前的[email protected]來在小組內進行交流。
We are rolling this change out slowly, so please keep using your old room until you are notified via IM. Rooms with more than 100 members remain temporarily disabled during this transition. We hope to re-enable them as soon as possible -- but in order to keep our costs from growing too quickly in the future, we may impose/maintain additional restrictions such as limiting the size of rooms and the number/size of messages posted.
我們正在漸進的完成這次遷移，所以在我們通過即時通訊軟件告知大家進一步變化以前，大家可以繼續使用以前的小組。不過那些有超過100個成員的小組在會在短期內暫時無法使用。我們希望能夠儘快的重新開啓這些小組，但是爲了避免未來我們的運營開銷增長的過快，我們可能會增加或者保持一些小組限制，其中包括限制小組的大小以及消息的發送量。

當俺們搬家完畢後，就會告訴大家滴。到時候呢，需要大家配合把Gtalk羣的地址換一換。比方說現在某個叫abc的羣，地址是[email protected]，等搬家ok以後，就要大家動動手把地址改成，這樣就穩定了。不過話說亞馬遜這位大哥也有摳門的地方，俺們有可能要限制羣的人數上限，發言也不能太長啥的，誒這些也請各位包涵了，有總比沒有好是吧。”
