蒙古飲食裏面,奶的比重真的超級大。

而且他們光用奶就做出了很多種食品,奶、酸奶、奶酪、奶豆腐、奶疙瘩……

有一道甜點在國際上的知名度比較高,那就是奶皮子 öröm,有的地方也說是urum

這個東西內蒙也有,在天貓一類的網站上也很容易買到。

它是一種高度凝結的奶油製品,你可能把它想象成常溫下的冰激凌,可以單吃,也可以加上果乾什麼的吃,也能用來抹東西。(熱量超級高,但是真的挺好吃)
