1.“big deal”可以指“至關重要的大事，了不起的事物”。用作反語時，表示蔑視 ,例如: We're getting a salary increase of 40

2.本對話中出現了“dead”和“die”，“詳解慣用單句”中出現“death”，這三個詞的關係如下：動詞爲“die”，表示“死”；名詞爲

美國俚語中，“chicken”可用來表示“膽小的”，常用的一個和“chicken”有關的習語是：chicken out。
