意中基金會主席第二屆西藏發展論壇致辭
Themed with "Development Prospects and Cooperation Opportunities", the forum on the Development of Tibet is jointly held by Italy-China Foundation and the Chinese government. Speakers come from research institutes of Italy and China and other international organizations.
“西藏——發展的前景，合作的機遇 ”國際論壇由意中基金會和中國政府共同舉辦，發言人來自意大利和中國研究機構以及其它國際組織。
This is a good chance to know more about Tibetan Autonomous Region and to further cooperation with Tibet. Italy-China Foundation is an organization devoting to enhancing the exchanges between the two countries and the people. And the forum is aimed to further understandings between the two nations and provide opportunities of economic cooperation.
這是一個認識西藏自治區和並且同其進行合作的良好時機，具有重要的意義。意中基金會一直致力於推進兩國間的自由交流，通過各種活動，增進了兩國間人員和文化的交流。本次論壇爲意中兩國關係的進一步發展，兩國間文化、民族和傳統間的相互瞭解，並且爲今後的經濟合作提供了機遇。
This international forum is to further the friendly relationship between Italy and Tibetan Autonomous Region and even the whole China. And it also wishes to make contributions to the development of the Tibetan Autonomous Region.
西藏發展國際論壇目的在於增進意大利同西藏以及同整個中國之間的友好關係，並且爲西藏自治區的發展做出貢獻。
It is hoped we will make consensus on the cooperation on culture, tourism, health, environment and education. And the friendship will be enhanced for people of the two nations.
希望本次論壇能夠就我們盼望已久的文化交流和旅遊、衛生、環境和教育領域的合作達成共識，增進我們兩國人民之間的友誼。
According to speeches of the professors, we will classify topics as economy, culture, health, education, tourism and art. And there will be further discussions on the topics. I believe the prospect of cooperation is bright. The cooperation between Italy and Tibet is not only for Tibet, nor only for China, but for all the people of the world.
針對各位教授所做的發言，我們將整理出關於經濟、文化、衛生、教育、旅遊和藝術領域的內容並且進行深化。我認爲合作的前景非常廣闊，這不僅可行，而且必須去做，因爲這不僅是爲了西藏，也不僅是爲了中國，而是爲了整個人類。
As the president of Italy-China Foundation and a friend of China, I wish the forum today will become an opportunity to exchange for people from Italy and China and also to learn more about Tibet.
作爲意中基金會主席，同時作爲中國的好朋友，我祝願今天的聚會能夠成爲一年一度的意大利界交流和深入對西藏認識的時機。
