【口語解說】give a sense of
我們都知道sense是感覺的意思，但是在更多情況下，它表示理智或者觀念等和mind有關的東西 。奧斯丁的《理智與情感》不就是Sense and Sensibility。初中老師有說過，西方人認爲理性的東西諸如理智、觀念等出於頭腦brain；而情感的東西則發於內心heart。很多影視作品裏面不是有follow your heart或者listen to your heart這麼一說麼？就是“跟着感覺走”啦。
在這裏give a sense of就是讓人明白的意思。
